Mrs. Speicher is passionate about everyone's mental health and safety. The importance of getting involved with helping in family’s lives that may feel helpless and often stuck in a cycle because nobody offers help to gain insight for any other way. Mrs. Speicher holds an Associates of Arts in concentration for psychology, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and currently finishing her Master’s degree. As well as obtaining certifications, furthering her education in knowledge on developmental impacts from trauma. She is currently a Certified Trauma Professional, CTP. The educational experience is important in gaining knowledge in areas that need attention in our communities. However, personal experience is also just as important. Providing empathy and understanding of the impacts our mental health has on our entire lives, starting from childhood. Mrs. Speicher is driven with passion and understanding in what she does as a mom of four kids, a wife of a Marine, and with herself being a victim of childhood sexual abuse, trauma and later being in a domestic violence relationship. The need for advocacy for victims all over is always there. Mrs. Speicher can help with navigating the needs of a victim in resources and in the justice system.

Mrs. Utley is a Wife, mom, and college student. She is amazingly strong while she recently finished her Bachelors in Criminal Justice Department of Homeland Security Degree and handling everything else around her for families. She’s very knowledgeable about the legalities of our justice system. She has a background of knowledge in dealing with CPS and failed systems. Mrs. Utley's passion is to help those who are facing the legal system and feeling defeated by the lack of proper protection under our laws. As well as the right for every child to use their voice and actually be heard by those who have the power to protect them. Mrs. Utley is not afraid to speak up when there is a child in need and laws are clearly broken. Our rights as citizens and parents should always come first in protecting the children and Mrs. Utley is by your side on it!

Ms. Drawhorn is a mom of three, grandma of two, and one she fought to get out of foster care! She is also a former Peer Support Specialist for a Crisis Stabilization Behavioral Health Center and an advocate for Recovery from Addiction/Alcoholism! She is very passionate about helping others with any situation. Ms. Drawhorn prides herself by helping others overcome things that have happened in their lives. She is in recovery herself and has stayed strong for over 10 years by helping others overcome addiction/life problems and live a healthy life of recovery. As well as, even with her struggles and amazing helpful talents, she is also a Breast Cancer survivor in remission for over 15 years. Through all the struggles life has taught her to fight for what is right, honest, and just! She is also a Certified ADA advocate.
We are proud to announce that we have obtained our Certification of Good Standing by the Ohio Secretary of State. We pride ourselves in making sure we are following all necessary guidelines, while helping families and children with their needs too.

Our CEO/Founder is one of the 290 trauma and mental health specialists who signed on to, Psychiatry Professor at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Herman’s public written comment for the Department of Education’s Title IX hearing for supporting student survivors! The final comment was submitted on June 11th.
